Blossom Hill

I have only just got round to making the beautiful layout that Lynn designed and taught at Cardinal Colours Autumn Crop last October!

Lynn's original page can be seen here.
These beautiful papers are from Kaisercraft's Lake House collection.

Lynn's page was entitled "English Rose" and I was considering calling this one
Californian Rose as that's what's in the glass Mum is holding, hence the blog post title, but it didn't really fit.
I have left it without one instead.

The page design has lots of lovely blossoms peeking from behind the papers.
I used a different Martha Stewart punch around the page as I don't have the same one Lynn used.

And punched flowers using the Martha Stewart Hydrangea punch.

This lovely cameo was made using a mold and air-dry clay which has been coloured (in my case) with Tim Holtz distress ink in spun sugar and some silver acryllic paint.

Thanks Lynn for such a lovely class - albeit I did it late!

Jill has another weekend crop coming up in March - be sure to book your place, we all have a lot of fun!
