It's Sian at works birthday this weekend and this is the card I made for her from the team.
I used an A5 card and some paper from my stash.
I got the decoupage sheet recently at ESK in thought they would be puurfect as Sian has two black and white cats.
I added some yellow grosgrain ribbon and a message from CWC in and SU circle and scallop with glittered dots.
The letters are BG Skate Shoppe which I outlined with a fineliner.
