I decided to scrap some elephants today and wanted to use BG papers from Green at Heart collection.
I really love Emerald (which is peachy flowers!) so based this DLO around it.
These are two of my favourite elephants (of many!)
This is Just Joey who I found at Hay's Galleria near London Bridge.
It was raining that day and if you look carefully it looks as if he's weeping which us a little sad.
I thought the floral paper matched the elephant perfectly.
I added scalloped squares and smaller photos cropped with a square punch.
Below you can see detail of the flowers which I coloured with chalk inks except the middle layer which I also cut from the photograps.
I also added some branches cut from a Cricut which my friend Lynn gave me and embellished them with Papermania Jewels.
This is Cha-Chang, photographed on the same day near City Hall on the embankment between London Bridge and Tower Bridge.
This elephant was highly patterened and very orange.
I designed it to compliment the previous page and added the same detailed squares.
Again I cut the centre flower from a photograph.
I also wanted to share the following photograph.
I have no idea who the man is but thought it was so poignant....

Thanks Sarah, I have no idea who the man was and didn't even know I had photographed him lol!
Perhaps we ought to play "find the man?"
