Merly Impressions Retreat 2014 - The journey began here.............

Last year we were given an A4 folder (BTP project) and our first challenge this time was to bring it back finished.
I had already started it last year using 75c papers from Kaisercraft and lace but developed it further using paints, crackle medium, distress stains, inks and stamping and that was just the start!

I added a die-cut swirl and cogs covered with gilding flakes.
My name was the left over pieces from another project which I will share later which also involved a melt pot, hence the roses which were made using silicone molds.

The whole front was then sprayed with Crafters Companion glitter for added sparkle.

The inside is covered too but just with paper.

Next installment tomorrow :)
