Blooms and Butterflies

I was asked to make a card for my colleagues Mum at work.
She wanted something pink and cream with flowers, butterflies and sparkles.
I started with a CWC 8x8" scalloped card and some papers from my collection.

I added some torn tissue from Tim Holtz range and a cream ribbon with a bow.
I cut a layered flower with Tattered Florals die and fastened with a jewel brad.

A few mulberry roses were tinted with chalk ink and added and a couple of extra blooms.
Double butterflies were punch from a Martha Stewart Monarch butterfly and rolled tissue paper added to the centres.

A stampin' Up punch was used for the bunting which was joined with a thin ribbon which was looped and knotted. I added a couple of tiny butterflies with liquid pearls centres.
The letters are rub-ons.

I cut a bird cage - another Tim Holtz die and added with the bird.

Random pearls and stickles added the bling.

Hope your Mum has a lovely birthday Sam :)

Thanks for looking.
