Back to the decoupage sheets for this one...
I was asked to create the following for a colleague at work. Her niece was 1 this week and she loves Peter Rabbit. Pastel colours in Shabby Chic style were requested.
I used an 8x8" card and some papers from DCWV to cover.
The image was cut with a Marianne die and added to the centre with the decoupaged layers.
I punched a selection of flowers and added them with glittered or button centres.
I then punched a banner, added the letters and bakers twine
The happy birthday is a sizzix die which I won on e-bay recently.
Covered with glossy accents and sprinkled with glitter.
Seam binding was crinkled along the bottom corner and a punched scallop and circle (SU) added and embellished with gems. A few were randomly scattered too.
