Have not been well over the last week and spent much of it in bed,so you have mostly seen scheduled posts.
Anyway, on Saturday I felt a little better and had to return an item to the Craft Barn (Lingfield) who were having an extravaganza. OMG! The queue to pay was round the shop and out the door!
I got to the checkout to discover I had bought the wrong stamp back - what an Idiot am I so will have to post it back now LOL!
The had several halls available with loads of demonstrators including Julie Hickey, Kay Carley, Suze Weinberg (who was mobbed!) etc etc......but I had come to see the leader of da Sistahood....tahdah...
Emily from Stamping Bella - Ontario.
Such a lovely lady and full of brilliant ideas.
I have been buying my Bellas from her directly for ages now, here is her site:
Emily reminded me of her Friday Challenge, so armed with my new puchase, Wasabe Ketto, I headed on home to check it out, see below for the sketch.
And here is my effort :)
I used my Cricut Ashlyn's Alphabet to cut the layered Scalloped Oval and stamped my new stamp into the centre.
Coloured with Copic Markers and using Emily's tips on shading.
The card was folded back and the edges puched with an SU scalloped edge.
BG Green at Heart paper was mounted onto both sides.
I took inspiration from my friend Lynn's ProMarker challenge entry and added leaves and flowers around the oval along with a ribbon bow and some stickle dots.
The message is stamped from Paula Pascual's sentiment set along with the images on the side panel.
Thanks to Emily for taking time to chat and I hope you enjoy Paris.

Hi Linda, that card is stunning indeed. The papers are perfect for it and I love your colouring. lad you were abl to get that stamp this time. Sounds like you had a great time. Also it sounds like the cricut cart is a great find if it cuts that mount.
