Live, Love, Laugh.

Our lovely Anita taught a canvas class at the Cardinal Colours Spring Crop, this is mine.

The papers are MME and the canvas is 16".
Click here to see the post on Anita's blog.

It was a fun class to do with lots of different design elements.
I chose these pictures taken on our recent visit to Bodium Castle as we are not at all photogenic and these were not too bad!

We made "rolled" roses and added pearls to the centres & added a tied bow with cream mesh.

The title is from a pack of glitter thickers which were in the kit.
I edged them with a white gel pen to define.

This is Anita's canvas below.

Thanks Anita for a wonderful class - I really enjoyed making this one.

Canvas Masterclass by Anita.

Anita taught a fantastic canvas class at the Cardinal Colours Retreat 2011.

See here for the original.

This is my version which I created using a photograph of my parents looking very young!
Lynn and I made ours prior to the retreat so we could assist (or hinder??) Anita on the day.

Thanks Anita for creating such a beautiful treasure, Dad loved it.
