A Royal Greeting.....

Another request from a colleague at work - they are keeping me busy :)

I was asked to make a card for Rob's 50th Birthday and it was suggested that I mention him not getting a telegram from the Queen, so I came up with this:
It's A4 in size, with a photgraph decoupaged onto the front.
